TLDR; add input field for reef domain in Send Page

• add RNS smart contract function calls in javascript implementation of reef mobile application
• add input field which expects reef domain of recipient while token sending action
• the input resolves the reef domain to evm address of the user and sets it as recipient while sending the transaction
