I met the same problem when I tried to decompress the drsc2 compressed fataq file. Does the tag-fix branch test well? I can help to do some test too. |

dsrc should pass these tests (perl t/simple.t). not sure if you want to include a "make check" target, but these tests cover the bugs i've found recenty. i'll keep adding tests here if i find more.
