Adds the section "Maintaining organisations".
The screenshots are from our RSD, so they have a different color (but this can be fixed).
You can have a look at a live version here, the Helmholtz context was removed in this PR.
Although in the documentation it is written "Organization", I sticked to "Organisation" to be consistent with the RSD.
