Taking a shot at improving the quality of the language within the README - I realise there's already #10, but I didn't see that until after I started and the changes I suggest are more comprehensive (perhaps both are worth merging and combining).

Improvements and corrections to spelling, grammar and phrasing.

I like that 90% of the PRs for this repo are just people re-writing the README.

I mean, a ton of people probably saw it on reddit recently, & code changes wouldn't come that easily, haha.
