Salesforce MetroPlus Secure Message LWC

This LWC is specifically designed for Tim Murphy's MetroPlus demo to send a secure message to patients. It is currently enabled only on the utility bar, and needs custom org configuration. Use steps once deployed:

1. Add to Utility bar of desired app
2. Open the LWC from the utility bar
3. Select a contact (required)
4. Select a patient question corresponding to the contact (not required)
5. Enter Subject and Message (both required)
6. Send message, which will display a toast with the status of your message
