Corrected the dimensionality of rgb-pointclouds in the struct to write, but have not corrected the format to comply with binary PCD. Minor modification in cloud example to directly write the binary PCD file.

The format of writing the PCD is wrong. Fixed for simple point clouds grabbed with the Structure Sensor.
