This reverts commit 88f1d5e.
It should now be possible to run elm-make without it needing to download anything. Done by: - running elm-make with internet connection, and adding elm-stuff/exact-dependencies.json and elm-stuff/packages - some manual tweaks for the unreleased elm-edn 1.4.0
This reverts commit 744c574. Only main.js as output.
