Move the UUID generation in CustomFieldModelDao. This not only fixes an NPE (when a plugin doesn't specify a UUID in the API call for example), but also makes sure we're using our UUIDs wrapper to generate the id. See killbill#35. Signed-off-by: Pierre-Alexandre Meyer <pierre@mouraf.org>
