Summary

explain environments where the postinstall script may not run and how to copy the worker manually
mention WEB_CODECS_ENCODER_SKIP_COPY env var for skipping automatic worker copy
allow skipping worker copy in postinstall.js when WEB_CODECS_ENCODER_SKIP_COPY is set
