this is great! thanks for putting these together, really helpful.
i do not think of anything else as rollingkilted, sorry) exclusive new feature, but how about adding the followings here?
- rclpy Event Executor ros2/rclpy#1391 (this has been backported to Jazzy too, but could be listed as new feature?)
- rclpy static type checking improvement to help ensure that user application is using variables and functions correctly. (for example ros2/rclpy#1441) maybe this is not new feature, but it has been consistent and long contribution from this contributor. i say, this can be also listed here?
