Description

I was going through this week's waffle spreadsheet today and a few of the items needed review by one of our various community and working groups. It would be really helpful to have the groups, their agendas, and their leaders all in one spot instead of having to page through the calendar.

Having a list of groups would also make those groups more visible to the community and boost participation.

This is a draft PR for discussing what should / should not be included in such of table and if this is really necessary.

I do like this 🚀 this is obviously missing in ros2 documentation, and i remember i was asked about this several times. thank you very much for bringing this up!

actually i would like to have your comment on the following groups,

i host those groups bi-weekly (there has been bunch of people in the meeting, and we already started making contribution to ROS 2 core.), those are under community groups? or just for now regional meetings that are not categorized in community groups... either way is fine, but i am not sure about this. any advice?
