This is a tutorial in pyQuEST for constructing Monte Carlo and density matrix simulations.

Hi Shaun,

This is a fantastic contribution, thanks very much for creating it! Apologies for our delay - things are insane right now, as we're busily preparing for an upstream refactor of QuEST, and the resulting changes in private projects downstream of pyQuEST. These changes may (although we're endeavouring to ensure otherwise) cause a change to the pyQuEST API, after which we'll need to revise the examples / tutorials. It might ergo take a little time (perhaps a couple of more months, eep) for us to review your tutorial and merge it into the repo.

Sorry for the frustratingly long wait, and thanks again for the PR!
