1- Create users in your server.
2- Create a CSV file in which you put the username and password of each user, separated by "," (See for example "users.csv" file)
3- Open "Login_Intranet.jmx" with Jmeter.
4- Set up your prefefined values, including :
    - user_csv_file : path of the created CSV file that contains users.   
    - VU_Number : number of users that will connect at the same time.
5- Start server then start jmetter
