I believe that decoding high-color SIXEL images is necessary, but since this PR changes some aspects of the existing behavior, I plan to merge it into a separate branch, apply some modifications, and then merge it into the master branch with backward compatibility preserved. |

This request fixes an issue where sixel2img fails to handle high-color sixel where the palette changes. This is the cause of issue #61
