If you intsall & activate this plugin to your WordPress website then you will get an option in your settings name WP Discord Notify after going this you will get the plugin settings where two option will appear name as Discord Webhook URL and Discord Bot Name which one will send message. You will get another option name Notifiy On New Post Publish if you enable this then your discord channel user will be notified automatically when new post will appear in your website.
