I presume this escaping is required when the user enters the information into the bbmri.conf file? If yes, then I think this needs to be mentioned, otherwise it is not really clear why you are discussing escaping. |

The way cURL and Docker handle proxy urls require escaping of the special characters. This PR adds this information to the documentation.
