Summary

Fixed 50 Jupyter notebook files that were missing the .ipynb extension
All files are now properly recognized as Jupyter notebooks

Changes

This PR renames files to restore the missing .ipynb extensions for:

Chapter 1-21 code examples
Appendix files
All notebook files in the /notebooks directory

Testing

Verified all files are valid Jupyter notebook JSON format
Confirmed all 61 .ipynb files are now properly named
