Removed make options causing linking bugs in qt 5.13.1. Also moved NDK up to 20.x.x since Qt android bugs for ndk 20x are fixed. Changed ssl version to version supported by qt 5.13.1. Removed pre-compiled lib files, you should compile your own when it comes to a crypto lib
