If user is not allowed to delete the artifacts of a project, the script fails with a permission error.
In not in dry-run mode, the script now checks for each project if the user has at least the Maintainer role. If not, the project is skipped.
In dry-run mode, Mainteiner role's permission is not needed and the script analyzes the artifacts and prints a summary as it used to do before.
