Add function to transform from physical space to voxel space

Adding a few helper functions to find the closest voxels to a physical coordinate.

Note these funtions correspond to locate_dof_voxels and find_dof_nearest_neighbours in gmri2fem, renamed respectively to physical_to_voxel_indices and find_nearest_valid_voxels
