I've fixed the argument order in the _get_file since it misaligned with the parameter set when passing the url_template causing the test_hdl_linux_downloader section in the test_downloader.py to fail. |

added support in integrating Cloudsmith repositories into the downloader module. The Cloudsmith repository used in the _get_files_boot_partition is temporary and subject for update once the official repository for kuiper boot partition is set up.
