  * include timestamp in actionutils/do_show()
  * actionutils option for autosending message without prompt
  * ability to pass actions to actions (like --autosend)

  * mark acted messages as 'read', as well as the ability to move them somewhere
  * imap commands
    - move, copy, markread, delete, lsub, switchmailbox
  * auto-create missing .drymail/config
