This PR introduces two new commands to generate agent performance metrics as extended Markdown reports.

command-metricsAppends a Gantt diagram to the Markdown report, visualizing the execution timeline of each command run during the job.resource-metricsAdds resource utilization charts (CPU, memory, and disk) to the Markdown report, reflecting metrics collected during job execution.
