I added add new sensor definitions to the folder sensorDefinitions and Add a new file (Noise Monitor with an array containing required sensors from the sensorDefinitons at the end Add the model in index.js as new entry to modelDefinitions

Motivation and Context

Its for the frontend changes to add the Noise Montior
