This PR removes the remaining mentions of the nf-tower-aws repo from v25.x and vNext. Other related PRs that are doing the same are #1102 #1101.
While diff-ing the various files together, I noticed that the v25.3 page on resource-labels (
platform-enterprise_versioned_docs/version-25.3/resource-labels/overview.md) was heavily edited and it now differs from v25.1 and .2, as well as vNext. Could you realign those files @justinegeffen @llewellyn-sl?
