Hey @dhruvak001! Thank you for this PR; I really appreciate it. However, as you may have noticed, we have refactored the original code into multiple crates. The version manager is now part of the shuru-tools crate, which can be found in the crates/shuru-tools folder of the main branch. For now, I have changed the base branch of this PR to main.

Merging this PR into the main branch will require updates to the Task Runner as well as the AI component, which currently only supports Node.js. Some progress has been made in integrating Python with the Task Runner, and that work still exists in this branch.

If you are willing to put in the effort to make the necessary changes, I would be happy to assist. However, my current focus is on stabilizing the Node.js integration.
