Are we still waiting for products to be copied to clusters other than rusty? |

please either remove num_splits from here or from each of the maps and noise_models yamls. if 4 always works for these qids for all products that will use these qids, then they can go here (and be removed from the others). if there are different versions (eg, this was the case in dr6) with different num_splits, but the qids stayed the same, then that's when it makes sense to put num_splits in the individual product yamls instead of here.
i think probably having them here and removing from maps and noise_models is the way to go?

products already made so not worth policing but its a bit of a shame that different flavors of noise models needed to be declared here when it's only the mask changing. was it not possible for different qids to share some masks, eg those within the same patch?
