This script should probably not be run manually (see comment line 2). It is mostly there to run in CircleCI, so we should re-use the existing authenticate_gcr command from circleci-config-orb instead

I don't think this change is necessary either, as all these scripts are meant to be used in CIrcleCI which should already use the authenticate_gcr command
