add hook after adverts_list template, because sometimes we want to add content after this list in category pages. Its very common practice to add content below category pages for SEO purposes.

add hook after adverts_list template, because sometimes we want to add content after this list in category pages/search result page. Its very common practice to add content below that pages for SEO purposes.
We can't hook it onto wp_footer because for most theme its located after footer bar. We want to place it directly after the adverts_list
