Supports introspecting descriptions and deprecation info.
You can use the
__Deprecatedattribute to mark a field as deprecated. We'll automatically generate the correct HH_FIXME at the callsite in the resolver, and use the text provided to__Deprecatedas the deprecation reason.I also refactored the field builder framework a bit, centralizing things.
