feat: Add Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant) support

This PR adds support for Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant) to the application.

Changes:

• Added sources/text/translations/zh-Hant.ts with full translations.
• Updated sources/text/_all.ts to register zh-Hant as a supported language.
• Updated sources/text/index.ts to enable the new language and implement auto-detection logic for Traditional Chinese (languageScriptCode === 'Hant').

Verification:

• Verified that the app correctly detects Traditional Chinese system settings.
• Verified that "Chinese (Traditional)" appears in the language selection menu and switches the UI language correctly.
