Adding the option to add the ASYNC option for the SPCS Job Execute command. This will allow the users to create the job and return back to terminal without waiting the job to finish.

Added the
asyncoption to the spcs service subcommand execute-job, this will execute the job asynchronously returning the job name as the output of query and free the terminal to the user. The intended use of this option is as follows:snow spcs service execute-job [name] --compute-pool [compute_poo_name] --async [TRUE | FALSE]Happy to get some feedback if the option follows the style/standard of the CLI if not I can change it appropriately.
