GitHub now automatically computes and attaches SHA256 checksums to release assets https://github.blog/changelog/2025-06-03-releases-now-expose-digests-for-release-assets

What does this PR do?
This PR stops generating SHA256 checksums from semantic-release, because GitHub automatically generates and attaches checksums to release assets: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-06-03-releases-now-expose-digests-for-release-assets/. So we can simplify semantic-release configuration.
