This PR ports the
pr-healerautonomous agent from thesonesuke/arxiv-clirepository to automate the resolution of failing Continuous Integration (CI) and pre-commit checks.Key Features
agents/pr-healer/healer.sh, which runs on the host machine and invokes Claude inside the Dev Container.prompt.txtto define the hunting guidelines for finding and repairing failing PR checks usingmise run pre-commit.AGENTS.mdto detail the prerequisites and the workflow of the Host Loop.
