+As a community, we do not tolerate any disrespectful and hateful behaviour and comments of any sort. In particular, there is zero tolerance towards

+* sexist
+* insulting
+
+comments and behavior of any sort.  
+Constructive critic is of course always welcome, but please formulate it in a respectful way.
+
+## In case of violation

+Cases of violation will be tracked and monitored diligently. 
+If you want to report one yourself, you have the opportunity to reach out to us via contact@spdci.org
