- Update all cluster lifecycle docs to ETH-first
- Add explicit one-way migration warning (SSV → ETH cannot revert)
- Document migrateClusterToETH() flow step-by-step
- Add ETH funding + runway examples (remove SSV runway/flow)
- Removed withdraw/deposit SSV
- Add withdraw/deposit ETH
- Clearly mark SSV clusters as legacy or frozen (or replace with ETH)
