Production clusters should generally use a proxy for EESSI to reduce client latency and reduce load on EESSI Stratum 1 servers. While the appliance can deploy Squid to achieve this, it has previously required manual configuration. This PR provides suitable defaults for the
squidandeeessiroles to make this far simplier. See docs/eessi.md for details.TODO:
