The certificate that signs the jar file expires periodically. These
instructions describe how to request a new certificate and use it
to sign the application files.

The way the signing process was done originally was to log onto the server hosting StarGenetics and running a series of scripts. I haven't found those scripts in any repository; they appear to exist only on the server. I will open another issue to bring those scripts into this repository.
