Added evalue field and evalue fitting function to compute evalues based on IDF score.
Need solutions for receiving index size and query residue length
Removed unused parameters and evalue fitting functions from MatchResult and related methods.
Refactor calculation of e_val to use new variables for reference database size and search space.
