Adds support for the
/oauth/revokeendpoint, as prescribed by RFC 7009.Adds documentation and tests for this feature.
Important: This PR contains #550, because the behaviour contained there is crucial for the token workflow to work correctly with client credentials. Same as that PR, it requires stormpath/stormpath-sdk-node#575 to be merged and released to work correctly!
