CAVEATS:

• This version of nitro seems to keep the "last finalized block" about 17 minutes before the head, causing issues with firehose where the reversible segment is kept in RAM.
  To circumvent this issue, on the firehose reader, set your environment variable FORCE_FINALITY_AFTER_BLOCKS to a value like 100 or 200, to assume finality after that many blocks.
