This commit fixes several compilation errors in the C++ test suite. - In `tests/cpp/vm_memory_test.cpp`, a missing `dump_axion_log_and_fail` function and an incorrect type name `t81::vm::VMState` were causing compilation failures. This commit adds the missing function, corrects the type name to `t81::vm::State`, and ensures that the test failure reporting mechanism works as intended. - In `tests/cpp/vm_neg_jumps_test.cpp`, duplicate variable declarations were causing compilation errors. This commit removes the redundant declarations. - Unused variable warnings that could cause build failures have been addressed. - The changes also include minor formatting fixes, such as adding missing newlines at the end of files.
