- Updated `.github/workflows/main.yml` - Modified the “Run tests” step to run `uv sync --all-extras --all-packages` instead of `uv sync --all-extras`, ensuring all packages are installed and up‑to‑date during CI execution.

These are getting messy and its better to have self contained projects that can be seen as an ecapsulated way to use each of the various tavern backends.
This is especially relevant with #984 and #981
