In an effort to make this more configurable to other services: can we have a config JSON file like

    {
      "endpoint": "https://url.com/endpoint",
      "apiToken": "longtokenhere"
    },
    {
      "endpoint": "https://url2.com/endpoint2",
      "apiToken": "anotherlongtokenhere"
    }
  ]
}

which would allow us to configure any number of endpoints to which dispatch notifications and data can be sent.

And perhaps this isn't the best way to do it. Let's discuss and come to a consensus so no extra work is being done
