Update Graph-based panels to TimeSeries

What was changed

• A lot of panels using the deprecated Graph visualization were migrated to TimeSeries via Grafana UI.
• All rows have been opened (to see all panels).

Why?

These changes were necessary to continue using these dashboards with a newer Grafana. The Graph visualization was deprecated and is now removed.

1. Closes
   [Bug] AngularJS-based "Graph" panels are deprecated #67 (partially)

2. How was this tested:
   The changes were made interactively in the Grafana UI. However, no new deploy was done based on these files (due to organizational constraints).

3. Any docs updates needed?
   None that I know of.
