What was changed

  • Add dashboard with metrics in our open metrics endpoint

Note: largely based on the existing temporal_cloud.json with some minor tweaks to support some newer metrics and labels.

Why?

Tested using local grafana instance and local prometheus scraping the open metrics endpoint.
