This PR is in preparation for the clawback & redeployment of the headstash contract, for the purposes described in this commonwealth forum post: https://commonwealth.im/terp-network/discussion/24629

TLDR: clawback, and redeploy transparency-minimizing implementation: https://github.com/permissionlessweb/cw-headstash

Additions

  • list of eligible addrs that exist in the public headstash deployment
  • new list of eligilbe addrs for the transparency-minimizing headstash deployment
  • correction of initial token distributions (allocates additional obligated tokens to genesis addrs)
