I'm working on packaging essential MOOS. The license is not immediately obvious, but at least some of the source files have a GPLv2 header.
You might consider following GNU guidance for how to implement these licenses, but in the interest of simply making the license clear, the easiest step is to simply provide the full license text, which is what I've proposed here.
