Description

  • Updated package versions in requirements.txt, and removed duplicate package
  • Fixed CallbackManager import statement in meta_optimizing.py
  • Updated README:
    • Added instructions for creating the faiss_store.pkl and docs.index files
    • Added Python package setup instructions
