keepAlive in setTimeout function

i know there is keepalive in the socket itself but (as i tested) its not working well with teamspeak

@basert i don't think this repo is maintained (at least not actively).. You can find the changes on my fork https://github.com/Ahmed-90/node-teamspeak

you can get it with npm directly by doing npm i -S Ahmed-90/node-teamspeak
